What to do if you arrive late?

The campsite has a safe where you can safely retrieve everything you need for your stay.

Is it possible to park on our site?

Yes, you can park your vehicle on your space

Do you use ANCV vouchers?

We accept ANCV vacation vouchers to pay for your vacation.

Are the pools heated?

Our pools are heated to around 26° C.

Can I take my pet on vacation?

We welcome your tattooed and vaccinated pets, except for dogs in categories 1 and 2. A supplement will be charged.

What time can I get my rental?

We guarantee the availability of the mobile home from 4 p.m.

How do I pay the deposit?

We offer two options.
Credit card with an uncharged imprint or cash.
Bank cheques are not accepted.
The deposit is released (except in the event of damage) after verification by our team after your departure.

Is there a television in the rentals?

Yes, all mobile homes are equipped with television

How do I pay for my stay?

We accept all types of payment: cheque, credit card, bank transfer or via our website.

At the time of booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the balance to confirm your vacation.

Payment can be made in instalments, free of charge. Payment must be received at least 1 month before arrival.

Will the terrace of my mobile home be covered?

All mobile homes have a semi-open or fully-covered terrace.

Can I bring my tent, caravan or camper?

Campsites do not have pitches for tents, caravans or motorhomes. We only have mobile homes.

Are there any animations?

Our team offers entertainment throughout July and August. Sports activities, games and shows in the evening, kids’ club…

How do I access the campsite wifi?

No need to go to reception, just use your phone to complete the process. Access the campsite wifi and follow the website.
